Miss Appraiser and the Gallery Demon ~ Character Page ~

Character Page

The usual warning applies to not look at this unless you want your mental image irrevocably changed about some characters LOL although Riz and John look just like they do in the cover.

Here we go!

Riz Milton 「リズ・ミルトン」
A sickly painting-loving earl’s daughter. She can see inhuman things.

John Smith 「ジョン・スミス」
The temporary art gallery manager employed by Riz’s uncle. Has a caustic tongue that is near fatal in a service business.

Emil Carotion 「エミル・カロティオン」
Riz’s fiancé. The unit commander of the third military squadron of the Order of Holy Lion Knights. A good young man with a too-dazzling smile.

Virma Milton 「ヴィルマ・ミルトン」
Riz’s mother. Burns with passion trying to put together Riz’s marriage.

Grace Milton 「グレイス・ミルトン」
Riz’s second older sister.

Hine 「ハイン」
Riz’s uncle. An irregular art dealer.

I’m glad! Sometimes the hairstyles aren’t described too well so some people may think characters have longer or shorter hair than they do, or look younger/older than they do. Light Beyond felt like it didn’t describe the characters that much so whenever you looked at them in the character page it was like “??” haha.

What? Hine has no profile? Disappointed lol. Maybe in the next volume? Also is his name spelled Hine or Heine or Hein? I prefer Heine but if the original translation is Hine then that’s ok too.

IIRC he doesn’t get a picture in the next volume either, haha. It shows it spelled as “Hine” there on the page, so that’s what I went with. But yeah if I didn’t have official romanizations I would have chosen Hein or Heine as well.
