SNB Shingen ~ 3* Roasted Soybean Powder and Black Honey ~

Posted on Updated on

I Want to Be Your Strength

(Cards about the anime were given out and they correspond with each episode of the anime. Shingen’s card takes place after episode 3 of the anime).

[SHINGEN]: “Was it delicious? The mochi covered in roasted soybean powder and black honey that we ate together last time?”

[SHINGEN]: “Because when you eat sweets you become more energetic! If you liked this then I’ll make it for you anytime.”

[SHINGEN]: “We weren’t able to eat it slowly when the yakuma suddenly attacked back then…… Next time, when you come, I’ll make sure security is tight.”

[SHINGEN]: “Since it’s a time I’ll be spending together with you after all that, I don’t want anyone to interrupt.”

[SHINGEN]: “If anything happens, rely on me. Because I’m always wanting to be your strength.”

Chapter 0 – Charity Brings Its Own Reward

When she woke up, she found herself in a world she had never seen before called Shinga… on top of a tree.

At the end of her jump, it was a werewolf called “Takeda Shingen” who caught her gently.

[YUZUKI]: (………… huh? …… when did I faint……)

[YUZUKI]: (Eh?)

[YUZUKI]: (W-Wait a moment…… where is this place!? Am I–)

[YUZUKI]: “ON TOP OF A TREE!?”

[YUZUKI]: (H-How am I supposed to get down.)

[???]: “Heeeeey!”

Diabolik Lovers ~ Sakamaki Reiji ~

Sakamaki Reiji (逆巻 レイジ)
CV: Konishi Katsuyuki (小西 克幸)

Reiji is the second oldest of the Sakamaki brothers. He talks very politely and tries to uphold the image of being refined and not falling prey to his vampire instincts. He also acts like a caretaker for his brothers and cleans the house. He has a fondness for tea and his tea cup collection.

(Since so many people were requesting Reiji I decided to do him! I was also convinced by his Versus CD where he just sounds amazing. Can you believe that we’re halfway through the vampires? It’s only taken me like… half a year).

Sakamaki Reiji (逆巻 レイジ)
CV: Konishi Katsuyuki (小西 克幸)

(We made it everyone! The last round of the VERSUS series! Everyone who has stuck with me up until now deserves a cookie and hugs… and maybe a blood transfusion, haha. Before you ask, I don’t think I’ll be translating More Blood because I have too many projects going on already ;;; but Doropyan has been doing some!).

Diabolik Lovers ~ Sakamaki Reiji ~

Sakamaki Reiji (逆巻 レイジ)
CV: Konishi Katsuyuki (小西 克幸)

(PRAISE THE POWERS THAT BE! They actually took a step back from the path this series was going down on and made Reiji so much more lovable. Or maybe I’m just utterly biased towards Konishi’s voice.. Ahh~ but Reiji is such a gentleman that hilariously enough I started to get offended at how much self-control he had. I was actually going “HOW ARE YOU RESISTING THE HEROINE’S MARY SUE POWERS (屮゚Д゚)屮“.

Notes about the translation: His keigo, or way of speech, is bloody hard to translate so just keep in mind that he talks and acts very politely, kind of like a butler! At the beginning he tells the heroine to sit seiza-style, which is why it’s so painful. I translated that part as “kneel” since it sounds weird in English to demand someone to sit seiza-style).
