(Say hello to my second favorite character of this entire series and game. I almost wish the main focus of this game wasn’t about the heroine’s search for her brother but this conflict between angels and devils, because Astrum’s CD makes it sound so much more interesting. THE CONFLICT. IT’S SO GOOD. ALSO I GET SO EMOTIONAL OVER HIS LAST LINES.)
Background: Kazuha is the Divine Sword, Amadeus, which is one of the keys needed to clear the final dungeon that will free everyone from this game. However, the catch is that only the race of the party that clears the dungeon is allowed to leave and Astrum is the leader of the angels so… Astrum’s CD is about his loneliness and not being understood; he’s the one who finds Kazuha in this one.

(Much like Yamato’s CD please make sure you’ve read most of the Psychedelica posts, especially the ones related to Kagiha, because there are SPOILERS in his character song and in the following drama tracks. Enjoy!)

(Requested by Yellow Apple for this blog’s 3rd Anniversary Giveaway. I wasn’t able to find any other interesting drama CD so I ended up coming back to your first request ;;; I’M SO SORRY FOR HOW LONG IT TOOK. Also, there’s some more background information about these guys and basically everything that is going on in Diabolik Lovers Dark Fate in these three CDs that were translated by Rin from Love-colored Sky).
Sakamaki Laito (逆巻 ライト)
CV: Hirakawa Daisuke (平川 大輔)
(From what I heard in his premium corner, I was looking forward to a playful flirt after Kanato but instead what I got was.. well.. this. Laito is insanely abusive. INSANELY. He’s also delusional and even more full of himself than Ayato.. This series is just plummeting into the land of the crazy, especially since this CD is full of dub-con. Reader discretion is advised.
I don’t recommend taking my translation as gospel for what Laito says either, because it’s difficult to get his implications across. Especially the line at 28:40, where he’s talking about how she lives. He’s not saying it in a tone of “the requirement to live here is..” It’s more like he’s pointing out that that’s the way she’s living in their house. Once again implying that she’s a… loose woman).
